Have this policy reviewed by qualified legal counsel and adapt the warranty durations, exclusions, and local consumer-law references to your final commercial policy.
1. Warranty coverage
Each product is supplied with the warranty period and coverage stated in its written quote or invoice. That written term controls if it differs from a catalogue indication. Unless expressly stated otherwise, warranty coverage is limited to a verified hardware fault that existed at delivery or occurs during normal use within the stated warranty period.
2. How to make a claim
Contact [email protected] with your order number, invoice, product serial number, description of the fault, and any relevant diagnostic information. We may ask for photographs, logs, or basic test results to verify the issue before issuing return instructions.
3. Available remedies
For a covered claim, NexusSec Labs may, at its option, repair the product, replace the failed component or product with an equivalent refurbished item, issue credit, or provide a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy. Replacement items may be refurbished and may have equivalent rather than identical cosmetic condition.
4. What is not covered
The warranty does not cover consumables, cosmetic wear that does not affect operation, batteries unless specifically stated, software licences, configuration, passwords, data recovery, compatibility with third-party systems, loss caused by power events, misuse, accident, liquid damage, unauthorised modification, or repair by a third party.
5. Buyer responsibilities
The buyer must use suitable power protection, operating conditions, compatible parts, and manufacturer-supported procedures. Before sending an item for warranty assessment, the buyer must securely back up and remove all data. NexusSec Labs does not provide installation, configuration, migration, or cybersecurity services.
6. Warranty period & replacements
The warranty begins on the delivery date unless the invoice states otherwise. A repaired or replaced product is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, unless applicable law requires a longer period or the written resolution expressly states otherwise.
7. Shipping for warranty claims
Shipping arrangements for an approved claim are confirmed in the RMA instructions. Do not send an item without authorisation. The sender is responsible for secure packaging and for following the approved shipping method.
8. Legal rights
This warranty gives additional contractual protection and does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded. For order terms, see the Terms & Conditions.
