Have this policy reviewed by qualified legal counsel and adapted to your registered entity, operating locations, tax obligations, and final warranty terms before publishing the site.
1. Scope of sale
NexusSec Labs supplies refurbished enterprise IT hardware, including servers, firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, storage systems, drives, and related equipment. We do not supply new hardware or provide installation, deployment, configuration, cybersecurity, managed services, or other professional services through NexusSec Labs.
For those services, please contact NexusSec. Any engagement with NexusSec is separate from a NexusSec Labs hardware purchase.
2. Quotes, pricing & availability
Catalogue listings are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. Stock, condition, accessories, warranty period, pricing, taxes, shipping, and quote validity are confirmed in writing before an order is accepted. Refurbished inventory is limited and may be sold before a quote is accepted.
3. Product condition
All products are refurbished or pre-owned unless expressly stated otherwise. Cosmetic marks consistent with prior use may be present. The product listing or written quote will identify the relevant model, specifications, included items, and any stated condition grade. Images are illustrative unless specifically identified as photographs of the supplied unit.
4. Orders & payment
An order is accepted only after NexusSec Labs issues written confirmation and receives payment according to the agreed invoice terms. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery, and contact details. We may cancel or decline an order before dispatch where stock is unavailable, pricing contains an obvious error, payment is not received, or the order cannot be fulfilled lawfully.
5. Delivery, title & risk
Delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Title passes after cleared payment in full. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery to the stated address or collection by the buyer or its nominated carrier. The buyer must inspect delivered goods promptly and report shipping damage or incorrect items in accordance with the Refund Policy.
6. Use, compatibility & data
The buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility with its environment and for using equipment in accordance with applicable laws, manufacturer guidance, and appropriate security practices. The buyer must independently back up data and protect its systems. NexusSec Labs is not responsible for configuration, installation, data migration, or system integration.
7. Warranty & returns
Warranty coverage is limited to the period and terms stated in the invoice or written quote. Returns and refunds are governed by our Warranty Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusSec Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of data, revenue, profit, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability related to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or policy changes. The version published on this page applies to website use after its effective date; confirmed orders remain subject to the terms issued with the order. Questions should be sent to [email protected].
