Identify & inspect
We verify the model, serial information, visible condition, and included components before stock is listed.
NSL / 02 The Labs quality standard
We assess every product before it is listed, so customers can buy dependable enterprise hardware with a clearer understanding of its condition.
OUR METHOD Hardware lifecycle checks
Each device follows a structured intake and testing process. The exact condition, included accessories, and warranty are confirmed in the relevant product listing or written quote.
We verify the model, serial information, visible condition, and included components before stock is listed.
For storage-bearing hardware, data sanitisation is performed as part of our preparation process.
Relevant ports, power, storage, memory and core device functions are checked against the item type.
We confirm condition, pack equipment securely, and provide applicable warranty information with the sale.
NSL / 05 Common questions
If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] — we answer with specifics, not brochure copy.
Enterprise hardware is built for continuous duty and a long service life, so a unit coming off a data-centre refresh usually has substantial life left. We function-test every unit against a 73-point inspection before listing it, and we state its physical condition in writing on the quotation rather than leaving you to guess.
Warranty is stated per unit on your written quotation, because it varies with the item and its condition. It is confirmed before you buy, never after. The full terms are set out on our warranty policy page.
Every piece of storage-bearing hardware is data-sanitised during intake, before it is listed for sale. That applies to servers with drives fitted, storage arrays and loose drives alike.
Not by default. Appliances are sold as hardware, and licence or subscription status is stated per unit. If you need active UTM, Threat Prevention or support entitlements, tell us before you buy so we can confirm what does and does not transfer.
Refurbished stock is one-off. The same model arrives with different processors, memory, drives and cosmetic condition, so a single published price would be wrong for most units. We quote per unit against the exact configuration you are getting.
Yes. Public-sector organisations, universities and schools are a core part of who we serve. Quotations are issued in writing with condition, included accessories and warranty stated, which is normally what procurement needs on file.
Return, replacement and refund conditions are set out in full on our refund policy page. Talk to us first — if a unit does not match what the quotation described, we will make it right.
No. NexusSec Labs is refurbished hardware supply only. For new equipment, deployment, configuration or cybersecurity services, our parent business NexusSec handles that work.
